Somebody is in trouble! This North Carolina pup was a little concerned when his human got a visit from the police, little did he know she called the police to complain about another dog. While the police were inside, this pup masterfully deflated all four tires on the police car parked in the driveway! That is one determined mutt. His owner was probably less than proud, as she was billed $500 for the damage.
